• Due to it's extreme thermogenic effects, we advise that first time users only take 1 capsule (with a full glass of water), 3 times per day for the first 3 to 4 days.
• Thereafter, take 2 capsules, 3 times daily with a full 8 oz glass of water.
  Take on an empty stomach, 30 to 45 minutes before food or exercise.
